ANIMEALS – HELP YOUR PET STAY HEALTHY TOO!
Partnering with the Helen Woodward Animal Center, Meals-on-Wheels Greater San Diego delivers cat and/or dog food at no cost to our senior clients. Please notify your Service Center to arrange weekly delivery.
WAGGIN’ WHEELS
Meals-on-Wheels Greater San Diego, Inc. has teamed up with the San Diego Humane Society to offer free in-home visits to seniors by pet therapy dogs. Studies have shown that simply petting an animal can benefit a person’s health, including the reduction of stress. Currently available in limited areas only.
